Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

Bush Kids is seeking a passionate and qualified Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care Educator to provide high-quality care and education for children in our centre.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate programs, leading and guiding other educators, building positive relationships, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the health and wellbeing of all children.

Key Responsibilities:- Plan and implement high-quality, developmentally appropriate programs for children
- Provide leadership and guidance to other educators
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's development and progress
- Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification
- Experience working in a childcare setting
- Knowledge of child development, learning, and behaviour management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide leadership to others
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and education for children
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis certifications
