Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate programs for children in your care.
- Provide leadership and guidance to other educators.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records of children's development and progress.
- Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care.
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working in a childcare setting.
- Knowledge of child development, learning, and behaviour management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide leadership to others.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and education for children.
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
