We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Expert to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc.) to identify inefficiencies, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and streamline processes across our business
  • Analyzing current workflows, systems, and processes to find gaps and recommend data-driven solutions
  • Implementing best practices and tools to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) across operations, customer service, and fleet management
  • Developing and delivering training programs to employees on Lean and Six Sigma principles, creating a culture of continuous improvement across all levels of the organization

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Lean or Six Sigma roles, preferably in financial services industries
  • A proven track record of leading AND implementing successful process improvement projects
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred)
