This key position is responsible for driving innovation and efficiency in assembly processes for high-precision CNC machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize mechanical assembly processes for complex CNC machines and subassemblies to ensure product manufacturability and quality enhancement.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement rapid problem resolution strategies to minimize downtime.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance standard operating procedures, assembly instructions, and production documentation to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve assembly line layouts and workstations, enhancing ergonomics and employee safety.
  • Cordinate with Design Engineering to ensure new products are manufacturable, assembly-ready, and meet customer requirements.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in engineering principles, coupled with exceptional problem-solving skills and leadership potential.

Applicants should be proactive, adaptable, and willing to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in an engineering role demonstrating process improvement and technical leadership.
