Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 years of overall experience in the CRM domain.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Field Service, and Experience Cloud).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce AI tools is required; AI certification is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of system integration is necessary.
  • Domain expertise in financial or manufacturing, with end-to-end implementation experience.
  • Experience with end-to-end projects and implementation lifecycles.
  • In-Depth knowledge of Agile Methodologies and experience working on Agile projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA from a renowned institution; postgraduate candidates are preferred.
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator and Business Analyst) are preferred.
