Job Description

A Digital Systems Project Coordinator is required to coordinate, implement and continuously improve digital systems and platforms that support teaching, learning, wellbeing and operational needs.

The role involves staged rollout of a new school management system, requiring a structured and collaborative approach to project coordination, change management and staff support.

Main Responsibilities

A key focus of this role is the following:

  • Coordinate projects or system implementations ideally in an educational setting or similar environment.
  • Map and improve business processes with strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • Engage and support a wide range of stakeholders through clear communication.
  • Adopt a structured, detail-oriented approach to planning, documentation and change management.
  • Ensure smooth integration and ongoing optimisation of digital platforms (including the LMS) and support staff through transitions and upgrades.
