Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a key role in the management of our property portfolio, working closely with our experienced professionals and outsourced teams to deliver exceptional property and facilities services.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in property or lease administration, with relevant experience in commercial/office property administration and/or management, including budgeting and financial management. They will also possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a proactive, customer-focused mindset with outstanding initiative and attention to detail.

  • Review lease data, manage purchase orders, support budgeting and forecasting, and assist with arrears and rent reviews.
  • Liaise with property managers, tenants, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports, cash flow budgets, and variance analysis in collaboration with finance teams.
  • Build strong tenant relationships, respond to queries, and ensure high service standards through regular site visits and proactive communication.
  • Support capital expenditure projects, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with financial and administrative procedures.

  • Relevant experience in commercial/office property administration and/or management, including budgeting and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • A working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments, and trends to assess possible implications on tenancy, financial, and physical aspects.
  • Strong technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
