**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional administrative support to agents, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
- Maintain and organize real estate documents, contracts, leases, and agreements in a secure and efficient manner (both physical and digital).
- Prepare marketing materials, flyers, and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders.
- Process and manage paperwork associated with real estate transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a real estate or fast-paced office environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented approach.
- Real estate experience a plus.
