Product Specialist Role Overview

We are looking for a talented professional to support the execution of product availability and stock management across our team. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for forecasting, ordering, allocating, and monitoring purchased product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting and preparing purchasing recommendations using data analysis and market research.
  • Coordinating daily and weekly allocations from assigned distribution centers to stores, considering sales performance, stock levels, range assortments, and visual merchandising requirements.
  • Analyzing SKU-level data to identify risks and opportunities; recommending and executing stock transfers, markdowns or promotional boosts to support store performance.
  • Managing end-to-end stock flow for a designated region or distribution center zone, including PO validation, stock intake and dispatch coordination, liaising with logistics as needed.
  • Engaging directly with Stores (Retail) and Logistics teams to troubleshoot stock issues, clarify product movements, and ensure alignment on allocation priorities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in stock management and allocation is highly regarded.
  • Strong technical skills and experience using workday HCM system is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills.
