The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Construction team as a Customer Service Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients throughout the construction journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with Clients: Build strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout the construction process.
  • Communication and Documentation: Ensure timely and effective communication with clients, providing written documentation and updates as required.
  • Site Management Collaboration: Work closely with Site Managers to obtain updates and information to address client queries and concerns.
  • Variations and Amendments: Raise and coordinate variations and amended paperwork as necessary.
  • Handover and Finalization: Finalize handover, final account, and Occupation Certificate documentation as required by clients, certifiers, and lenders.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven track record in customer service or related fields.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think critically and solve problems in a customer-centric manner.
