Responsibilities
Lead and develop the team and support the Restaurant Manager with the smooth operations of the restaurant.
Provide clear direction, coaching and support to prepare and serve delicious food and create feel good customer experiences through every interaction.
Utilise strong business acumen and commitment to continuous improvement to optimise profit, create a positive culture and drive costs down, while improving the customer experience and maintaining high standards.
Qualifications
Demonstrated management experience in the hospitality industry.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate direction into action.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and support the crew to excel daily.
Commitment to continuous improvement and championing the customer experience.
