Requirements:
  • Experience in conflict resolution, preferably in General Insurance or a related field.
  • A background in law or mediation is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the AFCA complaints process and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
