Case Manager - Dispute Resolution Specialist

As a Dispute Resolution Team Member, you will play a pivotal role in managing risk and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

You will handle dispute cases primarily raised to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) across a wide range of banking products. You will also manage disputes received from tribunals and other resolution bodies in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and analyze disputes in line with regulatory requirements and timeframes directed by dispute resolution bodies
  • Create well-informed written dispute submissions and document production at each stage of AFCA's process
  • Collaborate with various teams across the business to ensure accurate and timely information is shared
  • Communicate with clients and internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive solutions
