Mitchell Shire is a growing region with a unique blend of natural landscapes, townships and emerging communities. Our scenic beauty is rich in history and heritage.

We are seeking a skilled horticulturist to join our team and contribute to maintaining our open spaces. This role offers a permanent, full-time opportunity with a fortnightly RDO.

Responsibilities include pruning, planting, mulching, mowing, brush cutting, installing irrigation and cleaning main streets. The successful applicant will have a proven work history in the field and add to an existing positive culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prune and maintain plants and trees
  • Plant and install new landscaping features
  • Maintain park infrastructure and equipment
  • Ensure public areas are clean and safe
