Forensic Psychologist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forensic Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments, including risk assessments and clinical interviews, to inform treatment plans and interventions.

You will work closely with other professionals to deliver high-quality services to individuals within the correctional environment, driving positive outcomes and contributing to the future of forensic intervention in Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Best-Practice Services: Utilize the Risk-Needs-Responsivity model to provide best-practice forensic intervention in a correctional environment.
  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct risk assessments and clinical interviews to inform treatment plans and interventions.
  • Develop Treatment Plans: Develop treatment reports, treatment plans, and risk assessment reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide Individualized Services: Provide individualized treatment interventions and group sessions, tailored to meet the needs of each client.
Requirements:
  • Registration as a Psychologist: Registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia is required.
  • Driver's License: A current driver's license is also required.
