Project Leader

We are seeking a highly technical and strong communicator to lead complex projects in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to work on-site and occasionally travel to the office for trainings and meetings.

This role offers the opportunity to build a high-performing team by attracting, selecting, developing, recognizing, and retaining talented individuals. You will also leverage business insights to make decisions and create competitive advantage.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or construction management, with 10-15 years of experience in a lead role on projects valued at $50M-$100M+. They will possess strong technical and communication skills, as well as knowledge of industry-standard software.

As a project leader, you will be responsible for ensuring jobsite safety, meeting contract requirements, and verifying the accuracy of project financial forecasts. You will also provide leadership in motivating the project team and maintaining a positive work environment.
