We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the construction of a luxury apartment building in Brisbane.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing high-quality, medium-rise residential projects with budgets exceeding $30 million.

  • Leads a team of skilled professionals and subcontractors to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develops and implements strategies to drive project success and mitigate risks.
  • Prioritizes safety, program, and quality targets while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

The project involves constructing a luxury apartment building with 2 basement levels, 8 levels above ground, a roof terrace, and a pool. The building features 55 apartments in total.

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to delivery.
