Job Title: Construction Project Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced construction project lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role in managing diverse projects, ensuring they meet all technical specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers to coordinate work, manage sub-contractors, and maintain project documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date schedules, risk registers, cost plans, and scope statements for design and construction tender documents.
  • Review and sign off on quality, testing, and compliance requirements, and identify and mitigate risks within the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • A background in Carpentry or similar trades, with experience in supervising and leading teams.
  • The ability to read and interpret engineering plans and drawings.
  • Experience in infrastructure construction and contractor management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A QBCC licence or willingness to obtain one.
