About the Role
We are seeking a Global Brand Activation Manager to lead the planning, management, and execution of global brand activations. You will ensure activations are strategically aligned, locally relevant, and globally consistent. This role reports to the Head of Global Marketing Operations and mentors the Global Activation Specialist, coordinating with the global brand marketing team, regional and country marketing teams, and agency partners to design and deliver impactful activations that strengthen brand equity.
This is a commercially minded, creative brand marketing leadership role focused on delivering meaningful consumer experiences for a globally admired skincare brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Campaign Development: translate brand vision into compelling global activations; contribute to the annual global marketing plan; monitor insights, competitors, and trends to inform strategy.
- Brand Activation Execution: plan, develop, and manage activations from ideation to execution; design 360° programs across launches, content, communications, social, promotions, education, sustainability, and visual merchandising; create practical toolkits and playbooks; manage creative briefs, agency partnerships, and stakeholder alignment; track performance and optimise for future activations.
- Market Collaboration & Enablement: build partnerships with country marketing teams; support local calendars; run workshops and feedback sessions; manage the annual Global Marketing Convention and related logistics.
- Brand Representation & Leadership: act as global brand ambassador; present activation plans to leaders and cross-functional teams; lead and develop the Global Activation Specialist.
Experience & Skills
About You: commercially savvy, people-focused leader with a passion for skincare and retail. You will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years' experience in brand activation, brand management, or consumer marketing, ideally in global roles.
- Proven success in planning and executing large-scale activations across multiple markets.
- Strong project management, organisational, and budgeting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence at all levels.
- Creative and strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen.
- Experience collaborating with agencies and cross-functional global teams.
- Knowledge of digital ecosystems and evolving consumer behaviours.
- A genuine passion for skincare, wellness, and sustainable beauty.
