We're looking for an enthusiastic, friendly Support Worker to join our dedicated team supporting a young gentleman who enjoys engaging conversation, social outings, and being part of the community.

The ideal candidate will be assisting the client with his care, independence, and day-to-day support within his own home, working closely with a supportive and experienced care team.

The client is a 20-year-old gentleman with cerebral palsy. He lives with his lovely family in Horsham and enjoys the company of others. He is very sociable and has a great sense of humour. He enjoys watching and talking about football, going out and meeting people and playing on his Playstation at home.
