Job Title:

Assistant Town Planner

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Town Planning unit to ensure services are delivered to a high quality within required timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide business & administrative support to the team to ensure documents are delivered to a high quality and within required timeframes.
  • Deliver numerical & format checking, and reconciliations on a range of documents & projects to identify discrepancies & errors for amendment.
  • Maintain & retrieve files through records management systems to support the delivery of unit activities.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing a broad range of admin support services with minimal supervision in a large complex organisation.
  • Previous financial support experience is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated background in Town Planning - if you are a recent Graduate or student with a Town Planning background, this would be a suitable role for you.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal.
