We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Facilities Team Leader to join our crew. This hands-on leadership role requires someone who is physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and work alongside the team in inspections, maintenance, water quality checks, and cleaning duties.
  • Assign daily tasks and follow up on completion to ensure work is carried out to standard and on schedule.
  • Act as the first point of contact for team support, mentoring, and coaching, especially new or seasonal staff.
  • Monitor team morale, encourage collaboration, and report concerns to the facilities coordinator.
  • Support facilities team operations by responding to maintenance requests, conducting spot checks, and helping with park infrastructure tasks.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in general maintenance, parks, or operational roles.
  • A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • Fluent English language skills.
