Job Title: Recovery Coach

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Recovery Coach to join our team. This role is responsible for providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals in recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Care & Advocacy
    • Provide a welcoming and non-judgmental space for individuals to share their experiences and challenges.
    • Utilize verbal de-escalation skills to resolve conflicts and promote a positive atmosphere.
    • Ensure the safety and security of all individuals within the facility.
  • Compliance & Risk Management
    • Accurately document information and services provided to guests.
    • Stay up-to-date on relevant regulations, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with staff members to review and secure personal items.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and de-escalation strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
