Our Health & Wellbeing Program is a first-of-its-kind initiative in WA's logistics sector, combining elite performance principles, evidence-based tools, and cutting-edge tech to support every employee's long-term health and recovery.

- Hands-on experience in strength & conditioning, injury prevention, or rehabilitation.
- Clear, respectful communication and coaching skills to motivate both individuals and groups.
- Confidence with data analysis and digital health tools.
- A growth mindset, team-first approach, and the drive to make a meaningful difference.
Your impact
In this role, you'll:
- Create and deliver tailored health and wellbeing programs for individuals and groups.
- Be a visible and approachable champion for health, wellbeing, and long-term behaviour change.
- Manage program logistics and weekly reporting to ensure smooth delivery.
- Track progress using program data and share insights to improve outcomes.
- Lead mobility routines and guide participants on digital health tools.
- Support return-to-work programs and help employees build health and wellbeing.
This is more than a job — it's a chance to help shape a culture of health and wellbeing in a company that values forward thinking, simplicity, and making a difference.
Additional InformationAs part of your application, you will be prompted to provide a short cover letter (no more than 500 words) addressing how you meet the requirements outlined in this advertisement.
