Job Description

As a specialist in data-driven solutions, you will be responsible for designing and implementing state-of-the-art analytics tools using SAP technologies. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to effectively integrate packaged technology into clients' business environments.

Your primary responsibilities include coaching and supporting team members on their career progression, leading project delivery teams throughout client transformations, and adopting IBM's market-leading tools and methodologies in engagements.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including clients, technical teams, and engagement streams. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely is essential in ensuring successful project outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Sound functional knowledge in core process areas, including finance, procurement, and human resources.
  • Good leadership skills, including managing a wide range of stakeholders and technical teams and coordination across engagement streams.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years delivering end-to-end SAP Reporting and Analytics solutions.
  • Functional background with solid relationships amongst client's stakeholders and broad expertise in developing analytical solutions.
  • Solid hands-on experience.
  • Core skills: Data Warehousing solutions (SAP Datasphere, BW/4HANA and Native HANA), SAP Reporting tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, Embedded Analytics), and Programming skills (SAP ABAP CDS and SQL Development).
