Service Excellence Manager

This role is pivotal in driving the delivery of high-quality services within our Territory. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Territory Director to develop and implement strategies that ensure the quality and safety of our Out of Home Care, Sustaining Families, and practices in the ACT.

  • Oversight of quality assurance and safeguarding to meet legislative and organisational standards
  • Development and review of local procedures and performance improvement plans
  • Leading audits and ensuring actions are tracked and completed
  • Providing guidance and training on care standards and policies to staff

The successful candidate will possess a recognised qualification in Social Work, Quality, or Business Management, minimum two years' experience in child safety, out of home care, or family services, and at least one year of supervisory experience. They will also have demonstrated expertise in policy review within a quality framework, developing and maintaining quality and practice procedures, and quality management, compliance, and accreditation coordination.
