Senior Contract Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of the contract lifecycle management process, including negotiations, compliance monitoring, and documentation management.
- Collaboration with stakeholders, risk assessment, and mitigation.
- Procurement strategy development, tender submissions evaluation, and contract administration.
- Project budget forecasting, regular reporting, and early risk identification.
- Head Contract management, ensuring timely submission of variations, NODs, and EOTs.
- Liaison with clients to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Performance monitoring, contract documentation management, and issue resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Prior experience in the construction industry, preferably in Sydney.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
