You will work closely with Feature Leads and report to Engagement Managers, part of Management Leadership teams for Accounts.

Your role involves working with Agile delivery squads to deliver business outcomes, requiring both IT delivery and business success.

You will bring best practice support to teams and help set up governance, overseeing delivery programs with various leads.

Mandatory responsibilities include:

  • Mentor and coach agile delivery across teams
  • Perform Scrum Master roles to promote self-organization
  • Monitor and intervene to ensure consistent delivery disciplines and proper governance
  • Support delivery alignment to value stream release trains
  • Oversight and support delivery outcomes

Your key tasks involve establishing persistent delivery teams, facilitating agile delivery, breaking down work with stakeholders, and prioritizing iterative incremental delivery of business value.

You will also provide resource and financial forecasts, drive analysis and engagements with stakeholders, and maintain JIRA Hygiene. Additionally, you will promote Agile way of working amongst team members, build a productive team culture and dynamics, and have the ability to influence and change existing delivery practices if required.
