Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Injury Management Advisor to join our team. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will drive and deliver continuous improvement programs to maximize the return to work, health, and life outcomes for injured workers.

The role involves working closely with internal claims staff and external stakeholders to facilitate the provision of the right treatment and return to work assistance on claims. You will also be responsible for designing and delivering programs that provide a great customer experience and improve injury management performance across the claims portfolio.

As an Injury Management Advisor, you will engage key external stakeholders, including injured workers, employers, doctors, and allied health practitioners. You will manage relationships with service providers and mentor and coach claims consultants.
