Job Role Overview

Partner with senior leadership to foster a collaborative environment, driving employee engagement and retention through tailored support and strategic planning.

 

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to build trust, and a proven track record of delivering HR solutions that meet business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of organizational dynamics and the capacity to develop and implement effective HR strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and execute HR initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels, ensuring open communication and a culture of trust.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee development and retention strategies.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement, informing strategic decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business results.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership or advisory capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to interpret complex data and inform strategic decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.

 

Preferred Requirements:

  • Position may require occasional travel.
  • Work authorisation: Australia (preferred).
