About This Opportunity

We seek a seasoned HR professional to drive people strategy and provide high-level guidance aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective people practices that support organisational growth and development
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, workforce planning, and organisational development
  • Lead initiatives that strengthen leadership capability and team cohesion through strategic planning and hands-on delivery
  • Support the creation of talent pipelines and succession strategies across multiple sites
About You

To succeed in this role, you will be a commercially focused and outcomes-driven individual with strong interpersonal and influencing skills. You should have experience supporting multi-site environments, ideally within construction, industrial or retail sectors.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a P&C Business Partner or senior HR generalist role
  • Proven success in implementing people strategies in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and award interpretation

You will be comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments, with a strong commitment to relationship-building at all levels.
