Role Summary

We are seeking a highly creative designer to join our team and contribute to the development of compelling visual concepts and content across all channels.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creative design, awareness of design trends, and industry best practice. They will also possess excellent commercial experience in creative concept development for campaigns and marketing materials.

This is a part-time role that offers flexible work arrangements, including a hybrid model requiring a minimum of 60% time in the office.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualising and delivering campaign creative, providing guidance to designers, and presenting ideas to stakeholders across the organisation. You will contribute to the development of compelling visual concepts and content across channels, including digital.

  • You will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Previous success as a senior designer within a medium-large organisation is essential.
  • Demonstrated expertise in translating and developing ideas from a brief is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualise and deliver campaign creative.
  • Provide guidance to designers.
  • Presentation of ideas to stakeholders.
  • Development of compelling visual concepts and content across channels.
