This is an opportunity to lead and manage complex matters, delivering solution-focused legal advice that enables business units to make informed commercial and legal decisions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a strategic legal framework, leading a multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of specialist advice and support to business units and staff on legal and regulatory compliance, policies, procedures, delegations, and regulatory reporting.

Key responsibilities include providing expert advice on leases, agreements, and contracts with private sector providers and customers, acting as a high-level interface with regulatory bodies.

An ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. They will have a deep understanding of governance principles, regulatory frameworks, and legislation.
