Process Optimization Specialist - Adelaide

Job Description

As a Process Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of engineering methods and standards that enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability.

  • Develop and implement process optimization initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Engage with customers, distributors, and clients to understand their requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in Industrial or Process Engineering or related field.
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Electrical and Mechanical preferred.
  • Strong understanding of engineering methods and process optimization.
  • Technical skills in Lean Manufacturing, SPS, Kaizen, VSM.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
