Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Bookkeeping Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end bookkeeping needs and various administrative duties.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile accounts, including general ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and banking.
  • Process payroll and associated payments, such as superannuation.
  • Assist with monthly financial management reports, including profit & loss, balance sheets, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Prepare and consolidate financial data for management and external accountants.
  • Support management in analysing and controlling costs, improving workflows, and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support across operational, logistics, and supply chain aspects of the business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven skills and experience in financial administration/bookkeeping.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities and tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effective liaison and cooperation with all areas of a business.
  • Well-developed computer skills, proficiency with Xero financial software and Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel spreadsheets.
