About This Role

As a Construction Supervisor, you will play a vital role in delivering successful projects across Adelaide.

  • Ensure quality assurance is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Adhere to all relevant WHS guidelines and protocols.
  • Provide exceptional client liaison services.
  • Conduct regular site audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Effectively manage and coordinate trade resources.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules.
  • Accurately forecast monthly revenue and project completion dates.
  • Manage project budgets to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.

Occasional travel and overtime may be required. A key responsibility will be the procurement and management of subcontractors and suppliers.

Requirements
  • Supervisors License highly desirable.
  • White card.
  • Drivers License, WWC, and Induction Card.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Certificate IV in Construction (highly desirable).
Key Skills
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in construction/building supervision.
  • Clear understanding of NCC and Waterproofing regulations.
  • AS3740 compliance expertise.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Thorough knowledge of the construction process, critical inspection points, permits, and WHS requirements.
  • Estimation skills (desirable).
  • Trade qualified with minimum 3 years' experience working on construction sites.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously across multiple sites.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office, and Excel programs.
