We are seeking a driven and technically-minded robotics sales professional to promote and sell advanced autonomous mobile robot (AMR) solutions to clients across Australia.

This dynamic role combines sales expertise with a passion for innovation, engaging directly with customers to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and close deals.

The successful candidate will manage existing accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Develop and implement territory sales plans targeting the manufacturing, warehousing, and F&B sectors
  • Prospect for new business using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other channels
  • Manage leads and opportunities through the CRM system
  • Understand client needs to deliver tailored automation solutions
  • Prepare proposals and contribute to tender submissions
  • Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and paid trials
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and industry developments
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of robotics (AMR/AGV/Cobot), IoT, and logistics automation
  • Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, F&B, or logistics sectors
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including at senior management level
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnership management
