Job Description

We are seeking a driven and technically-minded sales professional to promote and sell advanced autonomous mobile robot (AMR) solutions to clients across Australia.

In this dynamic role, you'll combine sales expertise with a passion for innovation, engaging directly with customers to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and close deals. You'll also manage existing accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing territory sales plans targeting the manufacturing, warehousing, and F&B sectors, prospecting for new business using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other channels, managing leads and opportunities through the CRM system, understanding client needs to deliver tailored automation solutions, preparing proposals and contributing to tender submissions, conducting product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and paid trials, staying ahead of market trends, competitors, and industry developments, building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, and achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of robotics (AMR/AGV/Cobot), IoT, and logistics automation.
  • Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, F&B, or logistics sectors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including at senior management level.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnership management.
