Restructuring and Insolvency Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a restructuring and insolvency expert. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow with our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our restructuring specialists in managing the daily operations of distressed businesses. This includes collaborating onsite with teams, handling creditor inquiries, and engaging key stakeholders through the insolvency process.

Your tasks will also include assisting in executing sale transactions for businesses and assets, conducting financial analysis and preparing reports for lenders, regulators, and businesses. Additionally, you will develop cash flow forecasts and financial models, participate in business development and marketing activities, and research new opportunities by analyzing financial and market information and reporting findings to Partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate onsite with a team to manage the daily operations of distressed businesses
  • Handle creditor inquiries and engage key stakeholders through the insolvency process
  • Assist in executing sale transactions for businesses and assets
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for lenders, regulators, and businesses
  • Develop cash flow forecasts and financial models
  • Participate in business development and marketing activities
  • Research new opportunities by analyzing financial and market information and reporting findings to Partners
Qualifications:
  • Student in penultimate year of study
  • Accounting or finance degree (completing)
  • Empathy and integrity

  • Prior work experience
  • Availability to work 4 or 8 weeks between June/July 2025, late November 2025, and late January 2026
