We are seeking a detail-oriented graduate to join our team in the field of corporate finance and restructuring. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for working with clients to address their strategic, operational, financial, and capital needs.
About the RoleThe Restructuring and Insolvency Graduate will be responsible for working on the trade-on and sale of distressed entities, preparing and attending creditors' meetings, and assisting with investigations into the demise of companies. Additionally, this role offers opportunities to work onsite with clients, participate in business development and marketing activities, and develop skills in financial modeling, working capital optimization, and business transformation strategies.
Requirements- A degree in accounting or finance
- A CA qualification
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Lateral thinking and problem-solving abilities
This role requires travel to client and office locations, so unrestricted working rights in Australia are necessary.
