Job Overview

This is a dynamic role within our customer-facing team, supporting the execution of store operations in line with a sales-driven culture and profitable sales growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver effective store management in accordance with standard procedures, including cash handling, banking integrity, tendering transactions, systems access, data accuracy, store web sales, extended warranty claims, telephone management, marketing and promotional activities.
  • Contribute to financial performance through efficient inventory management and control over controllable expenses.
  • Manage all sales channel fulfillment in accordance with established procedures.
  • Collaborate as part of a cohesive team in delivering a consistent positive store and channel experience for customers and effectively resolve customer complaints and queries as needed.
  • Support The Good Guys brand and store experience through high-quality merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation.
