About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a people-focused Store Manager to join Officeworks at our Tuggeranong store. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in retail management and a collaborative leadership style to help cultivate a positive and safe store environment.

As a Store Business Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional in-store experiences for our customers. You will develop a strong understanding of your team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure their success. This includes training and coaching in safety and leading by example in workplace health and safety.

You will ensure the effective operation of your store to achieve outstanding results, maximizing sales and profit while managing expenses within budget.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:
  • Previous experience in a senior retail management role leading a team of at least 30 members
  • Strong leadership and motivation skills
  • Flexible availability across our operating hours
  • A solid understanding of retail operations
  • Experience working with KPIs and budgets
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proven people leadership and safety management abilities
