Job Title: Operations Team Member

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering store operations activities in support of a sales-focused culture and profitable sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver effective store administration in line with standard procedures, including cash handling and banking integrity.
  • Tender transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage systems access and data integrity.
  • Process store web sales and extended warranty claims.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through telephone management and enquiries.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities.
  • Contribute to financial performance through effective inventory management and management of controllable expenses.
  • Ensure all sales channel fulfillment is completed in line with procedures.
