Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve business claims with carrier partners in an efficient manner.
  • Review and enhance claim quality with the Billing team.
  • Convert claims into carrier formats, adding value to carrier partners.
  • Submit claims, including insights and analysis, to influence decision-making.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with carrier partners to influence timely responses and credit note submission.
  • Process credit notes in the system and resolve invoicing and credit issues.
  • Update contracts and system records with the Account Management team.
  • Communicate and follow up to resolve claims matters with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Generate and interpret valuable reporting and analysis, distributing it with purpose.
Requirements:
  • At least 12 months of analytical and/or billing/invoicing experience.
  • Strong capability in resolving claims in a timely and accurate manner.
  • MS Office (Intermediate – Advanced Excel).
  • Successful track record of problem-solving and continuous improvement projects.
  • Proven ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret data for decision-making.
  • Demonstrate strong mathematical ability.
  • Finance or Business Info Systems qualification desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
