Claims Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Analyst to join our team at efm Logistics. As a Claims Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and resolving business claims with our carrier partners in an efficient and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities- Claim Management: Proactively manage and resolve all business claims with our carrier partners, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Quality Control: Review and enhance the quality of claim inputs from the Billing team, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Carrier Partnerships: Establish and maintain robust relationships with carrier partners to influence timely responses and credit note submission.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and interpret valuable reporting and analysis in a timely manner, distributing insights to inform decision-making.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 months of analytical and/or billing experience.
- Skills: Strong capability in resolving claims in a timely and accurate manner, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Education: Finance or Business Information Systems qualification desirable.
- Soft Skills: Proven ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret data for decision-making, with strong mathematical ability and problem-solving skills.
