About the Role

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, utilizing evidence-based approaches and person-centered practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and assistance with daily living skills, connections with the community, personal and social development, employment, education, and training.
  • Assist participants with activities of daily living (ADLs), money management, health and wellbeing, general life skills, and recreational activities as part of their care management plans.
  • Create client file notes and assist with administrative responsibilities to ensure effective operations.
  • Empower participants to pursue significant goals and make a positive impact in their lives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Rlevant qualification in Disability/Aged Care/Individual Support/Social Work
  • Full Victorian Driver's License and your own vehicle (registered in your name)
  • National Criminal Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid & CPR (or willingness to get one)
  • Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
  • Manual Handling (not mandatory but preferable)
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate: $29.00 - $31.00 per hour
  • Part-time or casual schedule with shift work opportunities
  • Active overnight shifts available with a different pay rate
