About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Associate Lawyer to join our growing team in commercial litigation. You will work collaboratively with senior partners on diverse high-quality disputes, including corporate, commercial, IP, construction, property, and competition/consumer law cases.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work on complex disputes from mid-sized to large-scale litigation, including several significant current cases
  • Collaborate directly with experienced partners on case strategy and development
  • Handle matters ranging from straightforward disputes to intricate multi-party cases
  • Benefit from a flexible working environment with regular team socials and recognition of achievements
About Our Team

We operate with a dedicated team of 10 disputes lawyers and admin support across the wider firm. Our clients include ASX-listed corporations, private equity firms, SMEs, government entities, not-for-profits, and industry leaders in technology, manufacturing, agriculture, digital innovation, property, and mining.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience in commercial litigation
  • Strong technical skills in dispute resolution and litigation
