About the Role
Metricon Homes is seeking a skilled Display Draftsperson to join our National Product Development team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating high-quality drafting documentation for our display homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete drafting documentation from concept to handover for our Metricon display homes.
- Produce drawings to support the workflow process, reflecting customer requirements and incorporating amendments for permits.
- Respond to critical customer needs, inspect construction, and communicate variations and site minutes.
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the workflow information system and company software.
- Handle multiple display centres and produce consistent results.

Requirements
- Diploma in Building Design/Drafting/Construction or equivalent.
- Minimum 2+ years in the residential volume home building industry.

- Sound knowledge of Building Regulations, Building Code of Australia, and relevant Australian Standards.
- Sound knowledge of Revit.
