We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Care Worker to join our team at KinCare in Coolum Beach, QLD.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and domestic assistance.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to our customers, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Work collaboratively with our customers, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in aged care.
Requirements:
  • 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care.
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
  • Availability to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
