We are seeking a seasoned Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at HR Partners - a Randstad company. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with the Learning & Development team to evaluate current learning needs and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Design and deliver engaging training sessions, including workshops, e-learning modules, and user guides.
  3. Collaborate with the Training Manager to develop training content and update CRM or policy changes.
  4. Track and report training effectiveness to inform future development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent facilitation and e-learning experience, a positive attitude, high energy, and a strong work ethic. They should have a problem-solving mindset and exceptional stakeholder engagement capabilities.
